Product Grades and Authentication
To ensure our customers can shop with confidence, we grade our products based on strict standards. Additionally, we have implemented an authentication system to guarantee the authenticity of all items.
Authentication Process
We use the globally trusted Entrupy Authentication System to verify the authenticity of our products. Additionally, each item is carefully inspected by our team to confirm its originality. Some products come with original warranty cards or certificates, providing even more assurance for our customers.

Unused items. These products have no signs of use, are new in age, and show no signs of aging, maintaining the highest possible condition. |

Extremely beautiful item |
Products that are like new, with very minimal signs of use. They are in excellent condition, with only slight evidence of previous use, if any. |

Good condition |
Items that show signs of use but have been well cared for. There may be minor scratches or stains from regular use, but the items remain fully functional and in good condition. |

There is a feeling of use(small) |
Products that show noticeable signs of use, with overall wear, stains, or damage. However, they are still practical and usable. |
